Pets
Pets are more than welcome here. We offer a pet-friendly community where your four-legged (or furry) family member can feel right at home. Enjoy access to green, landscaped courtyards perfect for walks or playtime. We support responsible pet ownership — just reach out to our office for details on pet deposits, monthly pet rent, and any necessary paperwork.
Creekside participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption from a local shelter or humane society. Although there is no weight limit, breed restrictions apply (except for service animals); see office staff for details.
The following is a list of dog breeds, whether full or mixed, that are not accepted for residency:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Mastiffs (including Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso Mastiffs, English Mastiffs, Italian Mastiffs, Neopolitan Mastiffs, and Tibetan Mastiffs), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, and Wolf hybrids. In addition, the Russian Bear Dog is not permitted at this time.
Pet Fees
Pet Deposit: $500 (fixed and refundable)
Pet Rent: $40/month, per pet (fixed)
